PID tuning extruder

Repeat depending on:

physical parameters of the extruder

This step only requires to run

 PID_CALIBRATE HEATER=extruder TARGET=235
 SAVE_CONFIG

Multiple PID values can be saved and recalled whenever it's needed, but in general the values are not very specific: a tuning at 235 °C will be perfectly fine between 210-260 °C, maybe even more.

My hotend cannot reach more than 250 °C and a tuning at 235 °C resulted in temperatures oscillations so small that no overtemperature shutdown get triggered.

If I had a hotend up to 270 °C, I would repeat the tuning at 270 °C and I would load the values depending on the filament.
